What information does PJLJ Ltd collect from you?
We collect your name, job title, employer, email address, mobile number and specific questions that relate to that event. We collect these via our “sign-up for alerts” page, registering our events or any of our free resources.
How do we use your personal data?
We use your email address to send event alerts and content relevant what you originally sign-up for.
We collect your mobile number to send you location details for events you have signed-up for.
We hold your data for 36 months from registration unless you opt-out ahead of time.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We have never sold personal data to a third party and we never will.
If you sign up for an event we may share your details with other attendees of that particular event. You can opt out of this at any time by letting us know.
Where is your data held?
Hubspot, Google Drive, and Eventbrite. No hard copy of data is ever held. No offline data is ever held on any devices. Data is moved between systems via native integrations and not 3rd party. All devices with access to your data have been password protected.
Who has access to my data?
Only full-time employees of PJLJ Ltd have access to your data.
What legal basis do we have for using your information?
For clients, subscribers and event attendees our processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in order to be able to communicate with you, respond to your requests and coordinate event activities.
What happens if you do not provide us with the information we request or ask that we stop processing your information?
If you do not provide the personal information we need we may not be able to communicate with you about the event you have signed-up for.
Do we use Cookies to collect personal data on you?
We use cookies to track what device you use, where you came from and giving you a better website experience.
Do we transfer your data outside the EEA?
No, we do not transfer personal data out of the EEA.
What rights do you have in relation to the data we hold on you?
