We attract quality applications for all jobs from Internships to CEOs from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest and Twitter for a fixed cost per application. We use for example Facebook to target in the 45-65 age group and TikTok/Instagram for Gen-Z and Millennials. We have a filter system to remove all foreign applications and we have an optional quality filter to further remove poor quality apps saving your recruitment team time.
